Promoting positive wellbeing and resilience for individuals and businesses.

About Me
Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Amy, a 49-year-old mum of two from Yorkshire, now happily settled in South Manchester – a proud honorary Manc!
I’ve been a social worker for over 20 years, dedicating most of that time to supporting children and families within adoption services, including more than a decade in management.
I love being outdoors – exercising, walking my dog, exploring new places, travelling. I value time spent with family and friends, eating good food, and occasionally enjoy a bit of cold-water dipping followed by a sauna! Over the years, I’ve learned how vital self-care is – whatever that looks like for each of us.
Why Am I A Wellbeing Coach?
In recent years, my family and I experienced a deeply challenging and traumatic, followed by a significant loss. While continuing my work in social care – supporting my team through demanding circumstances – I realised I needed to make changes.
I wanted to better understand how to navigate life without feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or drained, and to help others do the same. My goal became clear: to support people, especially those in caring professions or living with trauma, to build resilience and thrive. I also wanted to help teams and organisations create environments where staff can flourish – not just survive.
How Did I Get Here?
My personal experiences led me to train and qualify as a Transformational Wellbeing Coach. This journey has given me the tools, knowledge, and insight to support others in creating meaningful change.
My approach blends coaching and mindfulness practices to help people slow down, regain focus, and move forward with clarity. The sessions will help clients identify limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and unhelpful thought patterns.
It’s about learning the art of slowing down, while continuing to grow and tackle life’s challenges – calmly and confidently.
