A grounded, experience-led approach
I have extensive experience supporting teams within workplace settings and a particular interest in working with organisations in social care and caring roles, where pressures can be especially high.
My work is informed by training in Transformational Wellbeing Coaching alongside many years of professional experience supporting social work teams and fostering and adoptive families. This allows me to offer support that is compassionate, realistic and rooted in real-world challenges.
